Since 1990 we have been developing, building and selling real estate assets. During the same period, we have been serving others with crews in office buildings, factories, and other commercial facilities helping them maintain their properties. We have served one large manufacturer with multiple buildings for the entire 30+ years.
At Equity Harbour our people are our most important asset, we search out individuals with the same mindset as ours that have a passion to serve like they are working for themselves. Over the years we have always gone the extra mile to make sure we exceed the expectations of those we are serving and working with. The owners of Equity Harbour walk the walk, not just talk the talk. By doing it themselves first, it has given them the ability to set the standards that they serve from and require other team members to do the same.
