Our purpose, and execution Plan is to enhance the quality of life for kids aging out of foster care. Our mission is to help aging out of foster care (ages 17 to 22+) flourish instead of struggling through life and “in many ways” being taken advantage of and missing out on reaching their full potential.
The activities surrounding our properties create many employment opportunities in Property Management, Maintenance & Repairs, and within the building trades, they will have opportunities to learn skills with suppliers and sub-contractors such as Road Builders, Excavators, Poured Wall Contractors, Flat Concrete, Landscaping, Framing, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Paint, Trim, and Flooring Contractors.
Investments made into properties owned by the Bridge of Hope for Aging Out Foster Children create the opportunity for us to serve both investors and make a positive advantage for a disadvantaged group of children at a highly critical time in their life when there are not many hands offering hope or help.
The truth is capital, experience, and real estate expertise used to successfully develop and manage real estate assets is the bridge that will add eternal value to our efforts by doing good works.
The Bridge of Hope serves Aging-Out Children (ages 17 to 22+) with its “Life and Personal Growth Program.” The program offers opportunities for higher-learning educational grants, learning spiritual values and life skills, helps with housing needs, and creates employment opportunities serving the properties owned by the Bridge of Hope for Aging-Out Children.
The Bridge of Hope for Children is a 501c3 non-profit entity that creates unique opportunities for Aging-Out Children by attracting investors to invest in investment-grade properties owned by the Bridge of Hope for Aging-Out Children to bridge into adulthood by learning spiritual skills, life skills, becoming financially self-sufficient, helping them meet housing needs, paying for skills training and educational grants, and creating employment opportunities. We use our experiences and expertise in real estate to attract capital so aging our children have opportunities that would not otherwise exist.
We desire to use our experience and expertise in real estate so our aging-out children can learn first-hand how to create opportunities for themselves and how to exceed investors’ expectations so that they will keep making investments into and donations to the Bridge of Hope for Aging Out Children.
